Debt Control Agency Inc. will assign a dedicated group of experienced bilingual (English/French) individuals who will work Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday (where collection activities are permitted by legislation), and evenings as required, in rotating shift to ensure optimum results in contacing all customers, thereby satisfying the objective of tracing and collecting the accounts. By submitting your accounts online you are engaging our collection services and you agree to our “Terms and Conditions.” Upon submitting this claim we will start our collection procedures immediately.
