DCA provides several payment options to assist consumers – for any questions or concerns regarding these options, please reach out to one of our Customer Care Representatives at (866)307-5322 or send an email to customercare@debtcontrolagency.com.

By clicking on the below link, you will be redirected to our secure payment processing portal. Be sure to include your unique file number (DCA #)  in your payment. This file number can be found in the text message, e-mail or letter you received from us – it begins with two letters, followed by six digits (ex. DD123456).

Upon the completion of your credit or debit card payment, please keep your transaction approval reference number on your record. A payment confirmation will be also emailed to your email address.

DCA accepts e-transfers as a method of payment. For ease of access, we have provided links to the major Canadian banking institutions.

To use this service:

  1. Log into your online banking account
  2. Select send an e-transfer option
  3. Email address: customercare@debtcontrolagency.com
  4. Account number: DCA account number (two letters, followed by six digits – ex. DD123456)
  5. Password: do not enter a password – auto deposit in effect
  6. Please email the payment confirmation to paymentprocessing@debtcontrolagency.com – include your file number in the subject line, your name as shown on your account and creditor in the body of the email.

Example | Subject: DD123456 – Payment Confirmation.
Email Body: Jane Smith payment to creditor ABC Inc.

DCA is a registered biller with the major Canadian banks. For ease of access, we have provided links to the major Canadian banking institutions.

To use this service:

  1. Log into your online banking account
  2. Select add a bill payee
  3. Search for Debt Control Agency
  4. Account number: DCA account number (two letters, followed by six digits – ex. DD123456)
  5. Please email the payment confirmation to paymentprocessing@debtcontrolagency.com – include your file number in the subject line, your name as shown on your account and creditor in the body of the email.

Example | Subject: DD123456 – Payment Confirmation.
Email Body: Jane Smith payment to creditor ABC Inc.

We understand that you may wish to discuss your file with our office prior to using one of the listed payment options or just prefer to have someone live over the phone to process your payment.

DCA offers secure over-the-phone payment methods and our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

To use this service:

  2. Provide the representative with your file number
  3. Complete ID verification process
  4. Discuss file and options with a representative

Steps to make a Western Union Payment:

  1. Fill out the Quick Collect BLUE form
  2. Required information on the form
    Payable to: DEBT CONTROL AGENCY
    Code City: DCAINC
    Province: ONTARIO
    Sender’s File #: DCA REFERENCE NUMBER
    Attention: Payment Processing
  3. Ensure all appropriate information is filled out correctly
  4. Make payment
  5. Please email the Money Transfer Control (MTC) confirmation to paymentprocessing@debtcontrolagency.com – include your file number in the subject line, your name as shown on your account and creditor in the body of the email.

Example | Subject: DD123456 – Payment Confirmation.
Email Body: Jane Smith payment to creditor ABC Inc.

For consumers in the GTA, DCA accepts cash, cheque, and credit card payments on site.

To ensure prompt processing, please email our posting office prior to arriving at paymentprocessing@debtcontrolagency.com – include your file number in the subject line, your full name shown on your account and creditor in the body of the email
